Terms and conditions relating to the use of The Gazette website

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site.

What’s in these terms?

These terms tell you the rules for using our website www.thegazette.co.uk (our site).

Who we are and how to contact us

The Gazette (which includes the London, Belfast and Edinburgh Gazette) is an official public record and the United Kingdom’s longest continuously published newspaper. It is managed by The National Archives (a non-ministerial government department) under a concessionary contract with The Stationery Office (TSO). The Gazette is published online (in The Gazette website or via The Gazette mobile app), in print, and via data feeds (where customers pay for the convenience of receiving Gazette notices by an automatic data feed rather than by having to search for notices on The Gazette website, create a pdf of the notices they are interested in, or subscribing to a full printed or electronic version of The Gazette).

To contact The Gazette, please email customer.services@thegazette.co.uk or telephone our customer service line on +44 (0)333 200 2434.

By using The Gazette website you accept these terms

By using The Gazette website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use The Gazette website.
