What is this notice?
- A notice of a restriction of proceedings order, where the attorney general has identified that a person has habitually and persistently and without any reasonable ground instituted vexatious proceedings or made vexatious applications in any proceedings held before the appeal tribunal
- A notice of a civil or criminal proceedings order, where the attorney general has identified that a person has habitually and persistently and without any reasonable ground instituted vexatious proceedings or made vexatious applications in any proceedings held before the High Court or any inferior court
- A notice of relevant information about certain arrangements undertaken that would normally constitute a cartel offence under the Enterprise Act 2002 but cease to be so on publication within The Gazette
- A notice informing affected persons that their vehicle and any contents, or any personal effects remaining on a vehicle, which it has not been possible to return to the person entitled to their return, have been detained
