The Anthony Kidd Agencies Scheme (“the Scheme”) commenced on 1st February 1982.

The Trustees of the Scheme are in the process of using the Scheme assets to secure the benefit obligations by means of individual annuities with an insurance company. The Trustees have been in correspondence with the members of the Scheme to inform them of this, and to confirm that the Scheme will be wound up once benefits have been secured.

If you were:

• an employee of the above Employer (or any of its subsidiaries or alternative iterations), and

• a member of the Scheme

and think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been notified of your benefits or received other communications from the Trustees, it is of vital importance that you make contact with them to establish whether or not you have an entitlement.

Claims should be sent in writing to the under-mentioned contact on or before 19th July 2014 after which the Trustees will proceed with the distribution of the Scheme assets having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice. Upon writing, you should include details of your current address and any benefits that you think you are entitled to. It would be appropriate to include a copy of any documentation that can support your claim.

Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have already received correspondence from the Trustees.
