Heathrow Airport Limited hereby GIVES NOTICE that it intends to make the above stated Orders under Sections 6, 84 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Orders would be:

1 HEATHROW AIRPORT (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) NO.1 ORDER 2018

Maintain existing prohibitions contained in the HEATHROW AIRPORT (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) No.1 ORDER 2017 except for the following changes:

a) Prohibit HAL Authorised Taxis to access Canberra Road Lane 1 at Terminal 3 Departures Forecourt (nearest lane to the terminal building)

b) Allow cyclists and motorcyclists to access Calshot Road from its junction with Inner Ring Road East to Chard Road

2 HEATHROW AIRPORT (PARKING PLACES) NO.1 ORDER 2018

Maintain the existing prohibitions contained within the HEATHROW AIRPORT (PARKING PLACES) No.1 ORDER 2017 except for the following changes:

c) Remove ‘Disabled’ bays blue badge parking restrictions from the following roads: Celsius Road Lane 1 (Terminal 2 Departures Forecourt), Canberra Road Lane 2 (Terminal 3 Departures Forecourt), Stratford Road Lane 2 (Terminal 4 Departures Forecourt), and Washington Road (Terminal 5 Departures Forecourt);

d) Add new ‘Police bay’ parking restrictions on the following roads: Cromer Road and Canberra Road Lane 1 and Lane 2 (Terminal 3 Departures Forecourt).

3 HEATHROW AIRPORT (SPEED LIMITS) No.1 ORDER 2018

Maintain the existing speed restrictions contained within the HEATHROW AIRPORT (SPEED LIMITS) No.1 ORDER 2017 except changing:

e) Change of speed limit from 20mph to 30mph on Whittle Road, Windsor Close and Wings Road;

f) Change of speed limit from 30mph to 20mph on Seaford Road, Sandringham Road, and at Hatton Cross Bus Station, including its access roads from Southern Perimeter Road.

4 HEATHROW AIRPORT (WAITING AND LOADING) No.1 ORDER 2018

Maintain the existing prohibitions contained within the HEATHROW AIRPORT (WAITING AND LOADING) No.1 ORDER 2017. There are no changes required.

The following orders would be revoked:

HEATHROW AIRPORT (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) No.1 ORDER 2017 (MTO363(P))

HEATHROW AIRPORT (WAITING AND LOADING) No.1 ORDER 2017(MTO362(P))

HEATHROW AIRPORT (PARKING PLACES) No.1 ORDER 2017(MTO361(P))

HEATHROW AIRPORT (SPEED LIMITS) No.1 ORDER 2017 (MTO360(P))

Excepted from all the restrictions above include:

- Anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer, traffic warden or traffic police community support officer in uniforms;

- Vehicle used for ambulance, fire service or police purposes in an emergency;

- Vehicles used by Heathrow Airport Limited attending an emergency where there is potential for serious harm to any person

- Exempt vehicles, for the purpose of which a valid exemption document has been issued by Heathrow Airport Limited.
