NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 17
The proposed development at Lurg Hill, Desford, Moray AB56 5YF is subject to Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) under the above regulations. Notice is hereby given that additional information in relation to an environmental statement has been submitted to Scottish Ministers by Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd on behalf of vento ludens Ltd relating to the appeal for the Erection Of 5 Wind Turbines (At Max Height 130M To Blade Tip) Control Building And Substation And Formation Of Access Tracks (Including Turning Heads) Hardstanding Temporary Construction Compound And Associated Works And Infrastructure as notified under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 on 19 September 2018.
A Reporter Richard M Hickman CBE MA BA DipTP MRTPI, has been appointed to determine the appeal. Possible decisions relating to the application are:-
• approval of the application without conditions;
• approval of the application with conditions;
• refusal of the application
