Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Impact Assessment Report has been submitted to Argyll and Bute Council by Speciality Drinks Limited relating to the planning application in respect of Erection of distillery with associated maltings and vaulted maturation warehouse, visitor's centre with shop, restaurant and meeting facilities, tasting lodge and associated infrastructure including: sewage treatment plant and pumping station, new junction, access roads, car parking, tankfarms, SuDS pond, reservoir and sea water intake

A copy of the EIA Report and the associated planning application may be inspected during office hours in the register of planning applications kept by the Planning Authority, at 1A Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, PA31 8RD or by logging on to the Council’s Website www.argyll-bute.gov.uk and going through the Planning Application information system during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the EIA Report may be purchased from: Blyth and Blyth, Cornerstone, 60 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 9EB at a cost of £150 for paper copies and £10 for cd rom.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Argyll and Bute Council about the Environmental Impact Assessment Report should make them in writing within that period to – Planning Services, Development and Infrastructure, Argyll and Bute Council, 1A Manse Brae Lochgilphead PA31 8RD.
