Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/07/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27/08/2020, I, JADE KIMBERLEY NAPTHEN, 35 CHAPEL ROAD, DERSINGHAM, KINGS LYNN, NORFOLK, PE31 6PW, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of JADE KIMBERLEY RAND and assumed the name of JADE KIMBERLEY NAPTHEN .
