1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be, in connection with the redevelopment of No. 50 Eastbourne Terrace, to:

(a) replace the “Blue Badge” disabled persons’ parking bay on the south-west side of Chilworth Mews, outside Nos. 1 and 3, with single yellow line waiting restrictions (operating between 8.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays); and

(b) remove the existing loading restrictions (operating between 7.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. and between 4.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays) from the north-east side of Chilworth Mews, at the junction with Craven Road.

3. The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order at http://westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/notices. Please note that documents will not be available for inspection in person until further notice.
