Senedd Cymru/the Welsh Parliament having, in accordance with Schedule 1 to the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2019, nominated Nicholas Bennett for appointment by Her Majesty to the office of Acting Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, Her Majesty has, in accordance with that nomination been pleased by Royal Warrant, bearing date the 4th day of June 2021, to appoint the said Nicholas Bennett as Acting Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, for a period of eight months with effect from the 1st day of August 2021.
