The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 248 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No.38) Order 2021" authorising the stopping up of two areas of highway at the Bellingham Way link road roundabout at Aylesford, in the Borough of Tonbridge and Malling. This is to enable development as permitted by Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council under reference TM/20/01820/OAEA.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk by quoting NATTRAN/SE/S248/4819. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Ditton Parish Council, The Community Centre, Kilnbarn Road, Ditton, Aylesford ME20 6AH.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 25 November 2021 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
