1. The London Borough of Hounslow hereby gives notice that on 16 May 2022 it made the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will come into operation on 21 May 2022.

2. The general effect of the Orders is to:

a) introduce disabled parking places as listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice;

b) introduce dedicated disabled parking places outside 134 Cromwell Road, Hounslow, 210 Linkfield Road, Isleworth, 2 Queens Terrace, Isleworth, 6 Easedale House, 71 Summerwood Road, Isleworth, and 78 Wellesley Road, Chiswick; and

c) revoke existing disabled parking bays and disabled permit parking bays as detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

3. Documents giving further information on the Orders can be viewed for a period of six weeks from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
