Charles Morris Management has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for Construction and use of new vehicular access to existing recycling facility from A3044 Stanwell Moor Road, including construction and use of two security offices with associated parking, erection of security fencing and pedestrian access gates, and associated landscaping.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application is situated.
