A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at Unit 2, Kempton Road, Pershore WR10 2TA presented by TRANS GLOBAL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT LIMITED of Woodlands, 79 High Street, Greenhithe, Kent DA9 9RD claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 27 June 2023 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 9 August 2023 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
