Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 November 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 June 2024, PATRICIA ANN MARTIN of 34 Southlands Grove, Scarborough North Yorkshire YO12 5PH, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Patricia Ann Gerard and assumed the name of Patricia Ann Martin.
