First and Final Dividend to Creditors
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 11.02 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991 (as amended) that the Trustee, Peter Allen of Deloitte (NI) Limited, Lincoln Building, 27- 45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL, intends to declare a first and final dividend to the creditors of the Bankrupt within four months of the last date for proving set out below.
Creditors are required, on or before 26 August 2024, to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Peter Allen of Deloitte (NI) Limited, Lincoln Building, 27- 45 Great Victoria Street, Belfast, BT2 7SL, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Trustee to be necessary.
A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
