Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 July 2024 MITZI JACQUELINE LUCAS of 15 Westfield Drive, Maidstone, Kent ME17 3XF, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Terry Jacqueline Regan and assumed the name of Mitzi Jacqueline Lucas.
