A meeting of the shareholders of the above-named Company had been convened and held on 13 September 2024, when resolutions for the winding-up of the Company and the appointment of a Liquidator to act in a Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation were passed. The relevant notices of the passing of the resolution and the appointment of the Liquidator were published in the London Gazette on 17 September 2024.

Subsequently it was determined that the Company had already been dissolved at Companies House. Consequently, the winding-up resolution and appointment have been deemed to be invalid. As a result of this the Company is not currently in liquidation, and the notices referred to above are are hereby retracted in their entirety.
