Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Tom Mayrhofer has transferred their entire interest in CAP III General Partner (Scot) L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL008009 (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of $1, to CAP III General Partner, LP. Tom Mayrhofer has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. CAP III General Partner, LP has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
