Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Matthew Charman, Charles Dale and Scott Fairlie transferred their entire interests in the Partnership to Synova Holdings II Nominee Limited and Daniel Silverton-Parker, thereby ceasing to be limited partners in the Partnership.
