THE KING having been graciously pleased, on the advice of His Majesty’s Australian Defence Minister, to approve the award of the Victoria Cross for Australia to:

The late Private Richard Leslie NORDEN, 2412437, the award of the Distinguished Conduct Medal for the same action in May 1968, announced in the London Gazette of the 6 December 1968 (No. 44732), is cancelled.
