Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 20 November 2024, sealed 21 November 2024 Stephen R Penn (IP number 6899) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and where applicable Tracy Ann Taylor (IP number 8899) of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, Office 9 Stone Cross House, Doncaster Road, Doncaster, DN3 1QS (telephone 0333 305 3355) was appointed as Office Holder in his place.

Pursuant to section 7(5), section 108 and section 172(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (the Act) and rules 12.35 to 12.38 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the Rules), the insolvency office-holder appointments set out in Part 1 of the Schedule attached to this Order be transferred with immediate effect from the current office-holder, Stephen R Penn (the Outgoing Office-holder) (rule 12.37(2) of the Rules) to the proposed office-holder, Tracy Ann Taylor (the Replacement Office-holder) (rule 12.37(3) of the Rules) without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or deemed consent procedure set out in the Act or the Rules for the insolvency office-holder appointments set out in Part 1 of the Schedule; or (ii) apply to the Secretary of State for release or discharge pursuant to the Act; or (iii) provide a report and file a receipts and payments account.

Pursuant to section 108 and section 172(2) of the Act and rule 12.37(1) and rule 12.37(2) of the Rules, the Outgoing Office-holder be removed as office-holder with immediate effect from the insolvency cases set out in Part 2 and Part 3 of the Schedule attached to this Order without being required to (i) use one of the decision procedures or deemed consent procedure set out in the Act

or the Rules for the insolvency office-holder appointments set out in Part 2 and Part 3 of the Schedule; or (ii) apply to the Secretary of State for release or discharge pursuant to the Act; or (iii) provide a report and file a receipts and payments account.

Any creditor in respect of any of the Block Transfer Cases listed Schedule attached to this Order who has an objection to this Order shall have 28 days from the date that notice is given to creditors of this Order to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such application shall not effect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases until further or other Order by the Court.

The Outgoing Office-holder shall be released forthwith from any and all liability past, present or future in respect of any act(s) and/or omission(s) in relation to his conduct as Outgoing Office- holder of the Block Transfer Cases. Such release shall take effect 28 days after the giving of notice to creditors in accordance with paragraph 5 above, save in respect of any claim notified to the Outgoing Office-holder pursuant to the Act and/ or pursuant to such other provision as may apply on or prior to the notice date and save that such release may be subject to a further Order in the event of an application by any creditor under paragraph 6 above for the specific case subject to that application.

Notice of the appointments transferred pursuant to this Order shall be given by the Replacement Office-holder in respect of the insolvency cases listed in Part 1 and Part 2 of the Schedule and the Second Respondent in respect of the insolvency case listed in Part 3 of the Schedule to the Secretary of State, as soon as reasonably practicable, in accordance with rule 12.38(6) of the Rules and the Registrar of Companies.

This Order shall be filed by the Outgoing Office-holder with all relevant County Courts or other Business and Property Courts in England and Wales in which there are proceedings in relation to one or more of the Block Transfer Cases.

Any personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) which is disclosed by the Outgoing Office-holder and/or Absolute Recovery Limited to the Replacement Office-holder and/ or Abbey Taylor Jones Limited and/or the Second Respondent and/ or Begbies Traynor (London) LLP is exempt from the duties of non-disclosure under the DPA pursuant to the exemption in paragraph 5(3) of Schedule 2 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 11 of the DPA.

In respect of each of the Block Transfer Cases, the next routine report to creditors shall contain reference to and explanation of the effect of the Order.
