Notice is given by Ben Woodthorpe (IP No. 18370) and Simon Jagger (IP No. 22838) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU the Joint Liquidators of the Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 30 December 2024 of their intention to make a first and final distribution to the Company’s creditors.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 7 March 2025 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Evelyn Partners LLP, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in their proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Please note that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Joint Liquidators shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.

Note: The Director of the Company has made a declaration of solvency, and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
