Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that KHP Fund GP LLC in its capacity as general partner of Kline Hill Partners Fund LP has transferred their interest in Euro Choice VI L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL019941 (the “Partnership”) to Overbay Capital Partners 2024 Fund GP Inc.. KHP Fund GP LLC in its capacity as general partner of Kline Hill Partners Fund LP has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Overbay Capital Partners 2024 Fund GP Inc. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
