A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is 27a Maxwell Road, Northwood, England, HA6 2XY, presented on 2 January 2025 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14a Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road Sealand, Deeside, Clwyd, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 18 February 2025 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
