a) Recoverable property

Or b) is intended by any person for use in lawful conduct

As per s297A (2)

Any person may object to the proposed forfeiture within 30 days, starting with the day after the notice is given.

Accordingly, the period for objecting to this notice expires on 21st March 2025.
