Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 March 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 January 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Chloe Marie Tetley who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Chloe Marie Snell and assumed the name of Chloe Marie Tetley.
