1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that it intends to make the above-named Orders under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general nature and effect of the Orders will be to formalise the:

(1) 15 metre Loading and Unloading Only Bay adjacent to Nos. 207 to 211 Old Street, operating ‘No Stopping At Any Time Except 10am - 4pm and 7pm - 7am Loading Max 20 Minutes;

(2) removal of the Loading and Unloading Only Bay outside Nos. 221 to 223 Old Street;

(3) northbound bus lane between a point opposite the extended property boundary of Nos. 132 and134 Stamford Hill to a point 26 metres north of the northern property boundary of No.117 Stamford Hill, operating ‘At Any Time’, allowing Buses, Dial-a-Ride Buses, Pedal Cycles, Taxis and Solo Motorcycles;

(4) northbound bus lane between a point 9.0 metres south of a point opposite the party wall of Nos.51 and 53 Stamford Hill and a point 37.5 metres south of the southern kerbline of Dunsmure Road operating ‘At Any Time’, allowing Buses, Dial-a-Ride Buses, Pedal Cycles, Taxis and Solo Motorcycles;

(5) northbound bus lane between a point 11.5 metres north of the extended common boundary of Nos.195-197 Lower Clapton Road to a point 20 metres south of the extended common building line of Nos.231-233 Lower Clapton Road operating ‘At Any Time’, allowing Buses, Dial-a-Ride Buses, Pedal Cycles, Taxis and Solo Motorcycles;

3. The roads which would be affected by the Orders are the A5201 Old Street, A10 Stamford Hill & A107 Lower Clapton Road in the London borough of Hackney and A501 Old Street in the London borough of Islington.

4. A copy of the Draft Order, a statement of reasons for the proposals, plan indicating the locations and effect of the Order and a copy of Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by visiting our website at https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/tro and selecting the relevant borough and reference the Traffic Order relates to or by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the address below. 5. All objections and other representations to the proposed Orders must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. Objections and representations must be sent to Transport for London, Streets Traffic Order Team, Palestra, 197 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 8NJ quoting reference NP/REGULATION/STOT/OM/TRO, GLA/2025/0070, 0099 & 0176 to arrive before 21st March 2025. Objections and other representations may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
