NOTICE is hereby given that Christopher Repetsky MD DABFM and Agata Repetsky, both of 9090 Brandywine Road, Sagamore Hills, Ohio, 44067 in the United States of America, are seised with Full Title Guarantee of the legal and beneficial title and ownership of the Lordship of the Manor or Reputed Lordship of the Manor of Heathfield in the County of Sussex together with all the rights, privileges, intellectual property, manorial land, incidents, members and appurtenances thereto belonging, having succeeded to the same by Conveyance on 3rd February 2025.
