Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that effective on 31 December 2024, Perennial Real Estate Fund, LP transferred 100% of its interest in Patron Capital, L.P. III (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011860, to VSP IV Sub 1, LP (the “Transferee”) and accordingly, effective on 31 December 2024, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
