Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 14th March 2025 it made the above Order to:

1. Introduce a banned U-turn on Station Road, Hayes to prevent vehicles that are traveling in a south-westerly direction from preforming a U-turn around the central reservation outside Nos. 252 to 264 Station Road, Hayes.

2. To formalise the existing banned U-turns at the signals at the junction of Station Road and Millington Road, Hayes.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 24th March 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. A copy of the Order can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which this Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
