1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton propose to make the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. * ) Order 202* under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended –

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:-

(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in:-

(i) Buckhurst Avenue outside and opposite No. 171 and opposite the turning head of Nos. 171 to 225

(ii) Olveston Walk on its north-east side at its junction with Pershore Grove

(iii) Osney Walk on its south-west side at its junction with Pershore Grove

(iv) Roche Walk adjacent to No. 15

(v) Selby Green on the southernmost section of the island site at its junction with Peterborough Road

3. introduce limited time parking bays operation Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm maximum stay 1 hour no return within 2 hours in

(i) Green Wrythe Lane outside Nos. 375 to 379; and

(ii) Middleton Road outside Nos. 392 to 394

4. amend the map-based tiles attached to The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2023, to match conditions as they exist on site.

5. Copies of the proposed Order, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and draft map schedules showing the locations and the effects of the proposals may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.
