THE EALING (BUS PRIORITY) (BUS LANES) (NO. 1, 2012) (AMENDMENT NO. 033) ORDER 2025.
THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 927) ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 24 March 2025 made the above titled Orders, under sections 6 and 124 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made (a) bus lane Order will be to: (i) extend the existing eastbound bus lane on Ruislip Road from Shadwell Drive to end opposite No. 354 Ruislip Road; (ii) introduce an additional length of eastbound bus lane on Ruislip Road, the north-west side (Taywood Road to Panson roundabout), to operate Mondays to Saturdays 7am to 7pm (buses, cycles and taxis only during its operation); (b) waiting and loading Order will be to: (i) change the hours of the single yellow lines on Ruislip Road, the north side, (opposite Nos. 356 – 360 Ruislip Road) from Mon-Fri, 8.00am - 6.30pm to Mon-Sat, 7am - 7pm; (ii) change the single yellow line to double yellow line on Ruislip Road (Panson roundabout and Adrienne Avenue).
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 9 April 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
