Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 August 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 February 2025, I, Sarah Florence Chapman, 47 Laurel Close, Wokingham, Berks RG41 4AZ, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sarah Louise Rea and assumed the name of Sarah Florence Chapman.
