SOTERIA TRAINING LTD

Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriff of Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries for an Order to Restore Soteria Training Ltd to the Register of Companies, upon which the Sheriff has pronounced a deliverance appointing a copy thereof and of the deliverance to be intimated on the Walls of Court and a like copy to be served upon the Registrar of Companies and the Lord Advocate. The Sheriff further appoints notice of the import of this petition and deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette. Any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, must lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Dumfries, Sheriff Clerk's Office, Buccleuch Street, Dumfries, DG1 2AN within eight days after this advertisement, under certification.
