Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907:

HGPS-DPE Delaware Holdings LLC has transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of £58, to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC.

HGPS-DPE Delaware Holdings LLC has subsequently ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership, and Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
