Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 April 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 March 2025, I, ANDREW JOHN MASON, 5 CAE BLODAU, KINMEL BAY, LL18 5LX, Single and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of ANDREW JOHN YATES and assumed the name of ANDREW JOHN MASON.
