Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 1 April 2025, JDPT Partners Group (Secondary), L.P. (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to SP Lynx Acquisitions L.P. (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund II (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011265 and that with effect from 1 April 2025, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
