A virtual meeting of the creditors of Ocu South Humberside Ltd is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters:

1. That creditors decide on the nomination of a Liquidator. It is proposed that Joseph Fox and Emma Dowd, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, be appointed Joint Liquidators and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.

2. That the unpaid pre-appointment costs be approved for payment.

3. That the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed by reference to time costs, as detailed in the fees estimate/information provided to creditors.

4. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.

5. Whether a liquidation committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a committee and if so, who the creditors wish to nominate for membership of the committee.
