rsuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given by Sackville LCW Sub LP 2 (GP) Limited of Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, United Kingdom, EC4N 6AG (the "General Partner") that the limited partnership known as "Carbon Neutral Real Estate Sub No.2 LP" (LP021561) was dissolved on 27 March 2025, that the winding up of Carbon Neutral Real Estate Sub No.2 LP has now been completed, and that accordingly the General Partner will cease to be the general partner of Carbon Neutral Real Estate Sub No.2 LP.
