Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 7 March 2025 Kalani Gunawardana (IP number 12450) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Carrie James (IP number 16570) of Oury Clark, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, SL1 1PG (telephone 01753 551111) was appointed as Joint Office Holder in her place.

The creditors in each of the cases listed in the Schedule be notified of this Order by an advertisement published in the London Gazette within 28 days of the Order. In addition to the advertisement, creditors shall be notified of the terms of the Order and creditors’ liberty to apply in the next progress report.

Any creditor, or, in the case of any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedule who has an objection to this Order shall have 42 days from the date of the advertisement to apply to Court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed in the Schedule until further or other Order by the Court.
