Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 January 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 March 2025, I, Catherine Mary Perry, 65 Salisbury Street, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 2EQ, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Catherine Mary Tuckey and assumed the name of Catherine Mary Perry.
