Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 February 2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 March 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Lilly-Mae Goodwin-Burgoyne who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lilly Mae Burgoyne and assumed the name of Lilly-Mae Goodwin-Burgoyne.
