Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 March 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Edith Jean Louise Manchester who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Edith Jean Louise Balsdon and assumed the name of Edith Jean Louise Manchester.
