Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 June 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 March 2025, I, Charlotte Luisa Constance, 25 Sutton Road, Seaford, East Sussex BN25 1SG, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Charlotte Constance Hodgkins and assumed the name of Charlotte Luisa Constance.
