Notice is hereby given that on 3 April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Ross Hepburn, residing at 34 Marchbank Gardens, Paisley, PA1 3JD for inter alia orders under section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to be the director of, and to be concerned or to take part in the promotion, formation or management and to carry on the business of Hepburn Building Services Group Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 15878535) having its registered office at 144a Essex Road, London, England, N1 8LX and HBS M&E Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number 16179566) with registered office at 144a Essex Road, London, England, N1 8LX; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 10 April 2025 appointed notice of the import of the petition and deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley Sheriff Court, St James Street, Paisley PA3 2HW (email paisleycivil@scotcourts.gov.uk) within fourteen days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
