The Tioxide Pension Fund (the “Fund”) - formerly known as Tioxide 1959 Pension Fund.

Relevant employers:

• Venator Group (CRN: 0024975) - formerly known as Tioxide Group.

• Ventator Materials UK Limited (CRN: 00832447) - formerly known as Huntsman P&A UK Limited and Tioxide Europe Limited and originally known as British Titan Products Company Limited when first adhered to the Fund.

The wind up of the Fund commenced on 1 July 2024.

TPF Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the Fund, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended), that any member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in the Fund must write to TPF Trustees Limited no later than two months from the date of this notice at the address given below, setting out their full name, address, date of birth and details of their period of employment, national insurance number or such other details of their claim or interest as appropriate, including any relevant documentation supporting their claim.

Following the expiry of two months from the date of this notice, the Fund will be wound up and the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Fund among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustee then has notice. The Trustee will not be liable to any other person claiming an entitlement of whose claim the Trustee then has no notice.

Members of the Fund and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustee or the Fund administrators are already in contact do not need to respond to this notice.
