THE DORMAN TRAFFIC PRODUCTS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME –

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER

SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Dorman Traffic Products Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) is winding up the Scheme. The wind up of the Scheme commenced on 19 March 2025.

If you were a creditor, member or beneficiary of the Scheme, and think you have a claim against or interest in the Scheme, please contact the Trustee at the address below by 27 June 2025 to make a claim. This may include employees or former employees of Unipart Rail Limited who believe they were members of the Scheme.

You should include your full name, current address, date of birth, details of the period of employment to which your claim relates and details of any benefits that you think you are entitled to, and write no later than 27 June 2025.

It is the Trustee’s intention to complete the wind-up of the Scheme and secure benefits for its members, beneficiaries and pensioners in 2025. If you do not write to the Trustee by 27 June 2025 the Trustee will continue the process to conclude the wind-up of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has had notice and shall not be liable to any other person.

Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
