i. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

ii. "That Lloyd Edward Hinton and Kelly Knight of Insolve Plus Ltd be appointed Liquidators of the Company" and

iii. "That the Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie".
