Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 March 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 March 2025, I, Nigella Helena Kay, Flat 9 Sunnyfield Lodge Fennel Grove Ripon HG4 2SZ, Single and a British Citizen, under section 11 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Nigel Harold Kay and assumed the name of Nigella Helena Kay.
