Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 May 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 March 2025, I, Michelle Sippits Talbot Smith, 27 Montague Road, Clarendon Park, Leicester LE2 1TG, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Michelle Lewis and assumed the name of Michelle Sippits Talbot Smith.
